Gosh, I started supporting Arsenal when I was primary 3 also, but the players then were Lee Dixon, Michael Thomas and Alan Smith (not the current newcastle one!). Feeling old..

Arsenal’s Lehmann slams teammate Alumnia !!!

Jens Lehmann has made a fresh dig at Arsenal goalkeeper rival Manuel Almunia.

Lehmann claims in Der Spiegel his rival “never made Arsenal win anything although he said he is one of the best keepers in Europe.

“His performances never made me fear for my job.”

    ----------

Think it's time for Lehmann to leave the club.... he's right though, Almunia's performances have never made Jens fear for his job. It's his own performances with all the blunders this season & his never ending un-constructive comments about a fellow team-mate that will bring him down.

    Bye bye Jens

he should leave... What he is doing is damaging to the team.
Expressing his displeasure to AW in public is a grave mistake, who is he trying to lie to with that sort of lame performance..
I am counting the number of times he made such statement to to oust Almunia out of the 1st team fromt he start of the season... 3 or 4 times already ??

    Oh dear..Oh dear..

Transfer windows is just a month or so away...

ya man.. i hope Almunia wont be affected by his recent demoralising comments, otherwise we'll end up having a keeper in self-doubt and one aging butterfinger.. and fabiaski's probably would be feeling the unnecessary pressure of always having to watch his actions in case he incur the wrath of Jens.. not good to a young keeper working hard to fulfil his potential

I feel that Lehmann is a joker...

He should be mature enough to show that who should be the number 1 on field and training, rather than "slamming" his teammate openly.

Since when we saw this type of news from another club of a keeper slamming another keeper?

    Really sad to see...

But at the end of the day, ARSENAL must GOGOGO!!!
    Let's get rolling :)
