Addendum

This was discussed during the initial pre-launch discussion of the subscriptions but was not updated into the Terms and Conditions.

With effect immediately (especially for Single Thread Subscribers), each thread posted by an Organiser must only state a single date for the photoshoot eg.

Hot Model Shoot @ Sentosa on 2nd March 2007 - Acceptable.
Super HOt SHoot @ Bintan on 3rd, 4th, 5th & 6th March 2007 - Not Acceptable.

Threads which contains multiple dates for the shoot will be edited and/or removed.

Exceptions are where the workshop is a series of tutorials eg a studio workshop consisting of multiple, different segments - lighting, posing, processing, etc - which run on different days.

With immediate effect, we are removing the option for a single thread subscription to the Workshops and Shoots section.

Other subscription packages remain unchanged. Please refer to the subscription packages below for more information.

Access to create threads in Workshops, Studio/Model Shoots Section
- S$165 for 3 months; or
- S$300 for 6 months
- PM mailbox size increased to 300 PMs.**
- Updated Member Title to reflect status as "Workshop/Shoot Organiser".**

One Sticky Thread in Workshops, Studio/Model Shoots Section and access to create threads
- S$195 for 3 months; or
- S$375 for 6 months
- Includes ability to create threads in Workshops, Studio/Model Shoots Section.
- PM mailbox size increased to 300 PMs.*
- Updated Member Title to reflect status as "Workshop/Shoot Organiser".*

** Only for monthly subscriptions.

Note:
Instant activation of access rights via online Paypal subscription is available by clicking here and selecting the appropriate subscription option.

Reminder: The maximum number of threads allowed per Organiser (3/6-month subscriptions) is 8 active threads. Organisers will need to delete off old threads before posting new ones. We will do occasional pruning of threads (about once a month).

Advance notification of subscription cost increases that will be implemented on 1st September 2008.

Current/new subscribers can enjoy the existing rates if they sign up for an extension (multiple subscriptions can be purchased) between now and 1st September 2008.

Please note that, with immediate effect, Nude (including semi-nude, artistic, erotic, exotic and other genres of nude photography) shoots are no longer acceptable to be posting in ClubSNAP's PhotoShoot section.

Threads advertising such shoots will be deleted without prior notice.

Additional Update:

Threads by the same Organiser which are for shoots at the same date, same time but at different locations (if location is not indicated, we assume that the locations are different) are not allowed as we have encountered issues in the past where the Organiser "sub-contracted" their subscription and were organising for another person.

When such cases are detected, we will delete all related threads without notification.

Please note that any Organiser conducting such shoots in secret will be deregistered and their subscription will be forfeited.

Attempts to re-register and/or to re-subscribe to ClubSNAP as a Shoot Organiser will result in similiar deregistration and forfeiture of subscription(s) paids.

We need not remind members of the scrutiny that ClubSNAP has been subject to in the past with the connotations of such shoots (and more so that they are conducted in a clandestine manner), and we do not want our members' (and by association, ClubSNAP community) image and reputation to be tarnished.

Due to recent events, please note the following change to photoshoots guidelines - any shoot with model attire that is deemed unsuitable and indecent if worn in view of the general public will not be allowed.

To wit, if the attire can be worn by someone walking down Orchard Road without getting arrested for indecent exposure, then it is allowed.

On the other end of the scale, a "bikini" consisting of two pieces of mint-flavored floss string which leaves absolutely nothing to the imagination is NOT something that can be worn in public thus it is not allowed.

Any organiser caught trying to circumvent the ban on nude shoots with such tactics will have their accounts deregistered and subscription forfeited without prior warning.

Claiming ignorance of this guideline does not absolve the organiser in complying with the guidelines - it is onus upon the organiser who signs up to read all relevant guidelines and restrictions in the photoshoot section.
