I've used the Nokia N73 without any issues.

Before that, I was using the Sony Ericsson P990i which is a POS, I've traded in my P990i for the N73, many people who are using the P990i are still waiting for the fabled stable firmware.

I don't like the way Sony Ericsson make their products for the rest of the world, all the cutting edge technology is only for the Japan domestic consumption. You still don't see a GPS enabled handphone from SE for the rest of the world.

There is no special edition cutting edge handphone only for Finland from Nokia, it is for the rest of the world market.

No, the P990i has not enough RAM and it will restart when there is not enough memory.

I'm waiting for the Nokia N95.

Both Nokia and SE make good phones but of course, they have so many models out there and only some are the rare gems.

    I used the Nokia 8250, 6510, Motorola T720, SE T68i, T610, P800, P900, now Nokia E61.

From T68i onwards, my phones were all "smart" phones, because I had a back-up of all my contacts and calendars in which I just either sync from my PC or bluetooth them over. No need for tedious manual input.

My experience with both companies are pleasant. You just need one to suit your needs. I wasn't impressed with the models between N6510 to the N series because they didn't really offer anything unique, until the N70 came out... then the E series.

My E61 is by far, the best mobile I've owned today. Stable, fast and smart. My P900 was rock solid too but I needed WiFi.

Palm Treo series is solid too.

save your money and wait for the iphone to hit our apple stores.
The waiting time is worhtwhile rather than having to upgrade again later.
