    Default B/W conversion in photoshop

Hi there, is there any grand master in photoshop out there that know a great way to convert pics into B/W. my current way of doing it is to desaturate it then add a bit of noise. I heard it is a bad way to do it. Any way can i do it better and further enhance the pics???

    Hi,

A search result in this forum yielded this post. I can't comment on whether all those links and techniques work because I don't have Photoshop to try with but maybe it will be helpful to you. With luck most of the links should still be alive, heh.
