New to IR -- is the WB correct?

1st attempt with a R72 on a EF-S 17-85mm, canon 30D.. this image is unprocessed after being taken on a soon to be rainy day..

Is the WB ok ah? i dun see the supposed reddish image leh.. are the leaves supposed to look white b4 processing? Personally i think something is wrong, since i metered the leaves for the CWB and that should make it 18% gray rite...
