What ttype of mount XD-7/11 has? Is it A-mount? If not, are there adaptors for 'Alpha to utilize XD-7/11 lenzes?

MD mount.
For old Rokkor lenses.
Don't think there are adapters Sony Alpha lens > XD body

if your question was if there is any adapter in order for a md lens to be used on a sony dslr body, the answer is yes. but these adapters are rare.
