some uses a tilt-shift lens
but most jus PS the effect out =) got to do with our eye perspective how we view them there are PS actions to do it. |

i also realised that only certain type of photographs can do dunno how to describe them though but from a more physical point of view. literally "Top-Down" approach will do =P |
