New name for this forum...

Here we go again....

After afew months in this forum, I think we've covered a pretty wide perspective of experimental photography. I saw fellow forumers contributing the results of their "experiments" from cheap plastic cameras to pinhole to self-made lens to re-using diposable cameras etc, not forgetting going wet with cameras in ziploc bags! ....I must say...I LEARNT ALOT!

This forum's objective had surpassed way way beyond lomography!

To make this forum work better and not mislead new comers that we have any relation with "Lomo stuff", or doing free marketing for them, let change our forum name. Can?

For a start, I'll contribute first:

1. Toy Camera Photography
2. Experiental Photography
3. Alternative Photography

Please contribute as many as possible, then we do a poll.

How about Experiential Photography? That is to say, photography play through various modes of experiences.

Cool, all this will be in the list for polling. Do keep in mind, as newbie or people who are not in experimental stuff might not know what is it at first look.

Hoping someone can come up with something layman understand yet not spelling everything out, if you know what I meant...Like Xpro....cool names like that.

I think this is good! But we might need to do it as "A. X. E. Photography" and then in the smaller words we put "Alternative, Xperimental and Experiential Photography", so its clearer to newbie...what do you reckon?

AXE-P = Alternative, Xperimental and Experiential - "Pow Gar Liaow" (local colloquial phrase for all-encompassing)

I like the idea of being in the X-men team

Best of all, we can have the axe as our group logo... it signifies brave strength and cutting-edge developments.
