Looking For: Digital Media Artists who can do rendering of human portrait.

Ok, I'm not too sure on how to describe myself. I am looking for someone who can do a digital rendering of a concept whenever I have. For example, this photo here.

If I want a cartoonised version of this concept, if you are able to do it for me, I need your services. I'm not too sure either how this will turn out but those interested, please give it a shot. I do not mind students or professionals, it's the creativity and skill that counts.

If you think you can do the job, email me at germinc@gmail.com and show me a rough digital rendering of this concept. If I like what you did, I will contact you. Just send me a low-res one with watermark if u like, in case ppl start accusing of wanting to steal rights.

Yes!!! I'm looking for that, but with the hairband as well as the goatee and the word wonderboy.
