Default Raynox diopters for Nikkor 80-200mm?

Anyone tried using the Raynox CM-2000, CM-3500, DCR-250 or DCR5320PRO on Nikkor 80-200mm AFD f/2.8?
Any vignetting at 100-200mm? The problem with this lens is it can't focus close enuf, and the filter size is 77mm which does not fit any of Raynox diopters.
I need diopters with very high power.. something like +12
Advise please.

Hmm...I prefer teleconverter over diopters. You can get Raynox TCs...

As TC brings the object closer to you, but you can still focus at infinity, like normal, and somemore it can be used for any other purpose, not just macro. Moreover, it also preserves depth of field, working distance, as well as imagine quality.
