Talking Countdown to Year 2007 Fireworks display at Marina Bay (From Shears Bridge)

My shots of the New Year Fireworks. Yes I know, I overexposed alot of them, but I want to expose the buildings too (though not good) ... N I trying out some Photoshop effects ...

I don't think its my screen but I see lines across all your shots ...

It looks like very compressed quality of pics. Don't tell me thats your photoshop effect that u are refering to !

If were in your shoes, shoot portrait orientation instead.

Many of your shots have the top part cut off.

yes, guess that is the photoshop effect he is saying about.

Yup, thats the Photoshop effect I was referring to .

I wanted to shoot portrait orientation, but I was using 1 tripod for 2 cameras, 1 for video (PnS) and 1 for still images (DSLR) ...

Nevertheless watch out for your horizon. Most of the pics are tilt on either side.

The photoshop effect don't work for me, the tilted horizon neither.

A wider angle would be better for a number of the shots. The fireworks were cut-off in some of the photos.
