Default Asian Aerospace 2002 : B1 Bone

One of the highlights of the Asian Aerospace is no doubt the B1 Bone, one of America's lethal bombers

The B1 was my favorite in the aerial display

The bomb bays... the heart of the B1 Bone

This one apparently has seen combat recently...

The bombers don't fly without escort. Accompanying them in their flight are fighters that protect the less nimble bombers from enemy interceptor aircraft. Also traveling with them to Singapore was a aircraft tanker.

My guess is that this shot was heavily adjusted in photoshop (or other photo-editting softwares).

btw, nice shots of the B1, afiend! It truly is a huge bombshell, erm, bomber.

oh yar, when I was there, one of the B1s (I think the name's black widow) had a problem with the retractable ladder, the ladder just wouldn't retract! The crew had to push and punch the bugger to get it properly tucked inside the fuselage. It's kinda amusing, to see a huge and lethal bomber with such worn-down mechanisms. But I guess this one's a veteran, been through wars, so is naturally prone to injuries.

Usually those represent kills... But for a bomber??? Maybe it represent hits-on-targets.

Not really true... because B1B is very expensive and these machine can carry nuclear weapons. Thus need a high ranking officers with many years of experience to command.
