    Not sure what you mean...
but for what I know is the account holder with SP has to be the owner of the flat, and anyone can pay his or her Utility bills on behalf, via cash, cheque or giro.

How about changing the account holder to another name who is not the flat owner but an immediate family member? Or maybe cancel the GIRO order and transfer payment to another GIRO/Credit Card account?

    Wondering if its possible.

My parents live in the East and I live in NE, their bills are under my GIRO account but the account name is still theirs.

Dunno about changing the account holder itself (give SP Svcs a call) but changing the GIRO to another bank account is certainly possible, but if the Giro doesn't go thru (not enough funds or something), SP Services will go after the account holder.

Don't think you can do that, SP need the paper to show the new account holder to be the property owner.
