Default Is it ok to ask what kind of spider is this?

sorry, i'm not a frequent macro shooter, neither do i study into insect. caught this picture on travelling and would like to annotate it.

anyone can identify the below? be it the common name or the scientific name or both? just let me know if i need to crop and reduce the downsize to show more of the spider for identification.

p.s. i reckon that the depth of field isn't satisfactorily enough, not exactly a well done picture for sharing. although the primary purpose is to identify the spider, any c&c is welcomed.
