Default Require Assistance - buying a video camera kit

Hi, I require assistance -

The school which I teach in - the principal there has requested that I come up with a proposal for a semi-professional video camera and kit - meaning tripods and lighting kits, etc.

Where can I buy them from? Or at least get somebody to send me a proposal or quotation?

Can assist? This is my first few posts here, although I've been lurking around for years.

primary school or sec school
taught these kind of courses in primary school before.
my advice is just grab those cousumer videocam with 3CCD
no point buying HDV now.
i think got one school bought 1 xl.
eventually the teacher have to guide the student all the time.
hence its a waste of time for the teacher as well.
using the money you can buy 2 to 3 camera,
and be able to train more students at the same time.
cheers
