which part of europe was this? I think it's a nice view, captured at the wrong time. The shadows are really harsh - it might have looked better later in the day, because it looks like it was taken around 2pm to 4pm.
Another thing is the little bit of concrete on the rightmost bottom corner. Note such distractions in photos.
