Hello, I noticed you put this picture under "photojournalism". I'm just wondering what the story behind this is. Who's the Artist? What's the significance of this story? Is it an intrusion of privacy? Is there some groundbreaking news? Is it about the guy she's with? When was this taken? Where was this taken? In short, try to include the basic - Who; What; When; Where; Whys in your picture, and if not in the caption. Photojournalism isn't just about snapping the picture, it's about telling a story, and in that sense sometimes captions are just as important as the picture itself.

P.S I think it's supposed to be "singapore artist being chased"

I think TS is shooting the process of a tv drama being filmed.. The girl is Joanne Peh.
