sorry ... not sure. Try and see if it works?

Open 2 consecutive files and you'll be able to check.

Google xvi32

hmmmm ...... 15334 shots ~ = 425 rolls of film (36 shots) ~= $6375 (assuming $15 for film + processing + printing 4R)

WOW!!

hi usm, see the last post at the link:
http://www.flickr.com/groups/canon20...7594389608272/

The number of columns(white areas) need to be 17 for the 95D to appear at the beginning of the row.

cheers.

which part is not working?

1.) Load program
2.) Go to Tools>Options>Data Inspector (it;'s a TAB)
3.) Click "big-endian (MOTOROLA)"
4.) Click "OK" Button to exit out of the options
5.) Go to File>Open>"CHOOSE YOUR RAW IMAGE FILE" then click open
6.) Go to Address>Goto (Or CTRL+G)
7.) Click "Hexadecimal" then TYPE "95D" into the box below
8.) Click "OK"
9.) Then go to TOOLS>DECODE NUMBER
10.) LOOK at XX XX As Word (XX Being your numbers located in 95D,E).
11.) The number next to it is your Actuation number.

Sad to say that I have followed the instruction but there was no 95D at all. I guess that this only work for EOS 20D or 20Da, and not other models.

Can anyway the data on the CR2 be changed by the 20D going flat on the internal battery? My 20D registers like ~ 32700 frames. Coz if it is fool proof then I'll take it as under 35k frames.
