Default What's your workflow to DVD like?

1) Hi guys, I would like to try out other routes and new workflows...
currently my workflow is like this..

Premiere Pro > DVD Composer > Nero Burner = DVD-Video

2) Another question, whats a good program for DVD-Menu building and burning? (Need to buy one :P)

Cheers

i use adobe encore as well, can purchase from any authorised adobe software reseller

some replicators recommend sonic scenarist, which is known to give less technical problems during replication especially when toasting to double-layer discs

but so far i'm lucky to hv not encountered any such problems with encore
so it's after effects+premiere--> encore --> DVD

My workflow:

Sony Vegas --> DVD Architect

DVD Architect is good enough for me to do the menu and burning it into DVD.
