Default F707-T314B 800mm f/2.8 Super Tele Combo

Here is my project for a dream connection setup between the Sony F707 and two Olympus tele lens, the TCON-300S and TCON-14B at an effective tele len with focus length of 826mm, max. aperture f/2.8.

Detail configuration and setup of the F707-T314B 800mm f/2.8 Super Tele Combo

Yes, it's very impressive set up but with wrong apperture conversion.
I guess f/2.8 is Sony 707's aperture but when you attach extra conversion lens(es) definetely there will be a light loss due to extra elements introduced to your camera. Since no electrical contact to your camera CPU the camera didn't recognize the converted apperture. But Sony 707's TTL metering saves the day by adjusting the shutter speed.
So, you can't get 800mm f/2.8 with those attachments it's a flawed statement.

The max. aperture of the F707 lens is f/2.4 at the full tele side. The Olympus combo itself takes less than 0.5EV loss of light.

Practically, it is soft picture at f/2.8, it starts giving acceptable result at f4.0 or smaller apertures.
