Default pns ard $400

hi, any recommendations for a good PnS camera around $400, would like it to be compact sized, takes clear pics, relatively easy to use, perhaps have some manual controls if possible such as able to adjust shutter/aperture speed too so can take clear pics of moving objects like animals...etc clearly as well

was looking at lumix fx01, but not sure if that has manual controls......also was looking at fujifilm F30 n F31fd, but these 2 are kinda out of my budget now, unless can get 2nd hand~
how bout casio models too, becoz really like their slim looks, but read their pic quality are kinda average.....

get the F20 then. Work as well as the F30 minus the controls. You wont miss the ISO3200 capability on the F30 too cos it is really very very noisy. F20 max is ISO2000 which is more than enough.

iirc both f20 and fx01 doesn't have aperture/shutter and manual mode but f30 do have aperture/shutter mode, not very sure about full manual mode.

but F20 doesnt have OIS right?
so sometimes have to set to slightly higher ISO to take clearer pics to compensate for slight hand movements isit? if i wanna take pics of moving objects like eg. animals, would F20 be able to take clear pics of them too?
