Happened to stopby Bugis a week ago to meetup w/ a friend. The friend was late, so I decided to walk around the flea market and see if I coud find some fortune there. Well, ended up w/ some candid shots, and hope you'd like them:

Thanks for sharing these interesting picts. I was there too a few months back shooting with a P&S camera. Was quite surprise as to the things that were sold there. From Pilot Helmet from the Air Force to Ancient Vibrators.

Anyway I like the potraits you shot! Fantastic!

Thanks Dragon. Glad you like them. The light condition wasn't the idea there for a P&S camera I think, but it's not a good idea to bring a big camera/lens over there either I was using a mid sized Pentax Ds and a small 43mm lens, most time those people didn't care much when I pointed that small lens at them

Yeah, I felt the same when I walked around there. Don't know how much they could make by selling those old used stuff, definitely not enough to make a living ...

It's very near Sim Lim Tower and the bus interchange to JB, along the Sungei Canal, opposite Stamford Primary. Go to any of the said places, surely can c.

Thanks I was using a small Pentax camera w/ a very small lens, so I guess they didn't care too much when saw me walking around w/ that small setup

Yeah, I was afraid too, that's why most candidates were not looking at my camera in these photos
