Raw editing software

halo bros out there, kindly share with me what software usually u guys use to do editing more on raw files.
Must I change Raw file to Jpeg in order to develope the pic?What are the steps.

Yo, bro I use the software supply with it the Nikon Capture 4.0.
Yes you have to save it in Jpeg file before you send for printing. Some developer shops will take in RAW, but for safe use JPEG.

Me uses NX..

sometimes i save in Tif for prints....
hee hee the developer will always give me a long stare ....
most of the time Jpeg is fine unless u are going for poster size prints..say 20x30..
