Default qn on landscape

sorry wanted to ask a qn here regarding landscape pic.
is it normal for the pic a be a little soft at 100% cropped?
can some one here show be how a tokina 12-24 f4 should perform?

try stopping down to about f8 - f13 for optimal results.

Always remember to set your focussing to infinity and f/8-f/11 is sufficient. Dont forget to bring along your tripod and remote too. Cheers!
