Is Canon PowerShoot A430 Worth Keeping?

I have won a Canon PowerShoot A430 in yesterday D&D. I was planning to purchase A710IS before the winning. If I sell A430, price will be too low since I do not have the receipt and hence not warranty. Lossing the 7 megapixels in A710IS is all right for me but I prefer to have aperture priority function which A430 does not have.

Is A430 worth keeping?
