How cheap? And what kind of clean kit? Sensor? or just normal blower and microfibre cloth?

Just get lens pen .. very practical to clean lenses. On top of that just get a non-lint cloth and simple blower. In total that should not exceed 30SGD and you get all that you need.

Frankly the paper tissue and cleaning liquid that usually come in the "standard" cleaning kit is not really useful IMHO
