Free pics from here? Hehehe? You are asking for free photographs and you think it's funny? Why didn't you ask the event organiser if you could register for FREE? Then maybe you will have some dough to buy the photos?

browndad just asked an innocent question - if we had some photos and could share with him. don't shoot him down like that lah
I am sure we can ask for a payback from him - a nice Killiney Copi-C is always welcome at any time of the day, yeah ?

BTW, if any of you had any colleagues/friends/sisters/girlfriends/wives/mothers/aunties - whoever, who ran the Great Eastern 10kms run last month and need free pics, can PM me.

I was there to cheer some of my colleagues and a friend's wife who ran. I thought rather than just stand there and cheer, I might as well experiment and shoot some pics. I have a few hundred pics at the finishing line and some under the Esplanade bridge after the 7 kms mark.

I don't think it's being harsh, it's sickening of people like this who wants things for free. YOU as amature might not feel the pinch because that not your bowl of rice, but for working professionals and freelance photographers, WE, feel it. We loose job opptunities because people give freebies to clients. IF, it's for friends and families, I can fully understand that. I shoot friends' family function, granny's birthday parties and such, out of good will. Sometimes people will give me an Ang Bao, and I take it.

BUT look, this dude is openly asking for FREE photos here, on an public forum. Obviously he is trying his luck to see if there is any sucker who will oblige to this.

to all those i've offended, please accept my sincere apologies.

in no way i want to pinch from the freelancers or the professionals.

i saw a couple of postings by forumers for this event. the posted photos are shared for critiques.

i assume that these shots are done by people who were there to shoot for fun, for the love of shooting. some might have shot people they know, some might have shot strangers.

so, i thought, why not give it a try and ask in this forum?

... and i get all these charged up emotions! once again, sincere apologies to those offended.

to the rest of the guys, cheers. chill!

I went to check, and did not see any pic of myself on the marathon site..
but never thought of asking ppl if they have my photo. I took some pics of myself
after the thing though, pic suck, cause I was using a hp.

Actually maybe some of us download those shared chicks photos.. and keep if for our own usage.. and photographer just post as many motorshow models photo as they can, they are generous in this kind of sharing.. their ego is melt before models =)

we set our own rules =) and sharing is selective..
