The first three could be better. When shooting flowers, use 1/250 if there's a breeze blowing. Note that while shooting macro, the slightest movement spells disaster. Try switching to shutter priority mode. Let the camera take care of the exposure while we control the shutter speed. If there's no breeze, switch to aperture priority mode and set f5.6 before zooming in. ^_^
