Needing to purchase a lightmeter shortly.
Appreciate any advice you have on choice given the following:
1. I plan to use it mainly for portrait shots.
2. If possible, want to it be versatile enough for indoor and outdoor use.
3. Budget of abt $300.
Many thanks in advance.

Check the thread by Mr Kiwi, he's selling a good sekonic meter ... good and cheap.

have you checked with ruby?
hmm, is it a must for you to get it locally?
IMO, lightmeter is one thing that you dont need to worry so much about warranty.
anyway, if you're willing to get it via other way but local, pm me.
the L308s is nice one
I've got one, pm me also should you want to try it out first
