Default Blue Tailed exercise

#1 landed on a nice clean perch


#2 preening


#2 giving a good shake


#3 spread right




split BG(half white half brown/green) for all images, adjusted in post processing

i am defnitely in no position to c&c your pics.but i would have preferred wings in the 1st pic in focus.
that would be my dream to capture something like that.
can share what lens u used?

EF300/2.8 + EF2xII

if i cant take C&C, i wont be posting
appreciate all comments

for me i like motion blur wings more than static wings
but of cos the main thing is to get the wings in a nice position first haha

keep on shooting, i believe your dreams will come true very soon

most of the time camera is on burst mode unless i am shooting detail portrait... one shot at a time to minimise mirror slap
