Nice pano to show the setting of the Castle. I think it's a exposure-tough shot: the bright sky and you facing the shaded side of the Castle.

It brings back memories. I was there in July this year. Looks like it has started to snow there; it was freaking warm in July. Kevinsph, is it still as crowded on the bridge when you were there?

the sky looks quite dramatic and such a pity it was not captured in the shot. did you shoot raw? Maybe a little PS will bring back the sky details.

Thanks william_wwong, Ya... i tried adjusting the level but i think that's the best i can do. or else the sky will be over exposed...

Actually this shot was taken more than 2 years ago haha... it is super old shot.. just dig it out to share here. well... at that time it wasn't crowded at the bridge... infact the trail to the bridge was actually closed due to frosting. too dangerous to go up the sliperry slope. Let me see.. mm... it was taken in Feb 2004

It would've helped if u bracketed your shots (P&S can do it too).
Or underexpose it a little more.

I think if u remove the slight blue cast and up the saturation of the green by a bit, will look better.

Hi AReality, I need a little help here do i remove the slight blue cast by adjusting the color balance ? n... how to saturate the green ? I tried it with saturation tool n adjusting the "green" color instead of the "master" but it does not work that way.

oh ya i went to ur website. i see you have a shot of the castle as well. It's a nice one. In fact your shots are all very striking! enjoyed them

Hey thanks dahaoren, this is actually a stitched up of several normal shots using PnS I shot it from Marienbruecke (Mary Bridge). It is a good place to have a whole view of the castle

Self explanatory...

Select the area, feather was set at 20px.

Burn the midtones of the background a little.

It may be a little too dark, adjust curve if u want it a little brighter.

Hahaha.. Everyone knows the secret to taking this photo. Just stand on the bridge, and click away. Mine's just the same as everyone else's...
