Default Laos - Sunset on the Mekong river

Visiting Laos there are several aspects and details that may enchant the traveller.
For me one of the most suggestive one has been the Mekong river.

Even when calm, after the raining season, the river suggest a sense of magnificience.
Moving through several countries the Mekong it looks like an essential vein a unique sheet of paper where thousand of people write their own story.

Here to share some sunset pics. Hope you like, tks for comments & suggestion.

#1 works for me Would be nicer if this portrait shot is wider. Cropping at the left side of the left boat seems bit wee tight...

#3 works best for me.
#1 has potential but the boats' surrounding (esp the right boat) gives it a messy feeling.

Hi yehosaphat, tks for your comment. Noted.

Looking again at the pic I also noticed that my cropping was not very accurate. In fact at the top left there is a black area that should not be there.

Cheers

Hi nuts tks for viewing and for your comments.

For the #1 I see your point. When I took this pic ,I was really doubtful about the framing, perhaps it's better to keep it simple. I'll keep in mind.

Cheers

Also is it a oen handed guy in the boat for #5? He tends to 'steal' the focus away from the sunset

Hi yehosaphat tks for the comment.
Unfortunately I was not able to persuade the guy to jump out of the boat, but ...

Tks for viewing.
Cheers
