    Was reading the 18-200mm VR review by Ken rockwell & he said the VR lenses is no for sports as it does not freeze action well.. is dat true? I think he also said panning has weird effects...

    B S. i used IS for sports panning and they turn out well

    foxhole with support is best! so now u must bring a spade and sandbag also...wah jia lat man. maybe u permanently attach bipod legs to ur lens like SAW.
