besides that, compostion does not work as well... cos when you have such shot, there have to be a repeat pattern, yours does not, esp with some racks above. Look the plain sky, no contrast...

anyway something to share what i took about nearly 2 years ago, (2-3or4 months) when i just started using a DSLR from a consumer camera... can't find my other look up pic, maybe in another hdd somewhere... best i got in this hdd... not the perfect pic, but enuff to illustrate... there is some minor distortion.

yours is not uniformed, so look more like a snapshot. there is bits & pieces of nit piks to pinpoint.

hehe... i shot this almost lying down liao... did not have a angle finder that time... if have angle finder would be easier...

i think you take that shot with a symmetry perspective would be nicer. like how Del_CtrlnoAlt did. but every HDB blocks has its own design, so they might sound the same and look totally different.
