Where should i need to go when i need for help regading cleaning my
Pentax DSLR here in singapore?

Yes, they do. Just give them a call for an inspection They'll fix any problem w/ your dSLR too ...

i have a problem right now.. i'm seeing some white pixel... i guess this is hot shot.. is this normal ni *istDL?

If not too many, no big deal. Just clone them out. There always will be some hot spots on the sensor after some use, even w/ a brand new camera. If you shoot RAW, normally RAW processing software will handle these hot spots automatically

According to some resource, pentax service center will also use that "rubber stick" to clean CCD.

So, we can do the same thing home lah.

As Frank said, they do. In fact they are very helpful. They cleaned some mess off my DS sensor that had been there since I was in India last year. [Lesson: the longer you leave dust sitting there, the more difficult it is to get it off with a blower!]

In fact I was quite impressed with their service and attitude.
