Qn: Disposable cameras

Anyone knows what is the focal length, shutter, aperature for different brands of disposable cameras? or are they all the same?
what really bothers me was that time i used the kodak disposable camra (the one with flash). The view finder shows me that i am too near to the subject and when i went to develop it in the end, i am too far from my subject! So a known focal length guide will be good.
