Default Olympus Pen ees-2

Hi,

I just got this antique beauty from a relative. I really like the look of it very much. However, i have a few question about it. It seems to shoot in half frames, that is a 12 roll film would be able to shoot 24 exposure due to the half frames. How would the printed pics be like? And the light seal material has broken up into a mess. How would I clean it and refoam it myself? I would like to learn to do it myself. Thanks!

Anyone?

Plus it does not have focussing but rather preset focussing. They are portrait, 2 people, 2 people from a distance and landscape(infinity, I think). May I know roughly what is the distance away from my subjects I should take with the 30mm lens on it? Thanks!
