Default HEPL! editing a faded color digital photo

Hi all, i need some advice on editing faded color photos. have been buying lots of photoshop books but just couldn't help at all. i am digitizing my old negatives and they all have common problem after scan, usually excessive yellowish, if not magenta or green.

Use PhotoShop 7 and do an "Auto Colours". Most of the time, that should work. Post those images as well, I am sure someone here can help.
