More samples from K10D in this Japanese website. Samples were taken with K10D using 16-45, 50-200, and 70 lenses

Frankly, no point in testing the ISO 1600 where the scene is bright ........ where light signal is strong. BTW, there is some vertical banding on right side of the first picture. |

I'm no expert but fm wat I see, colours quite washed out me, lack dof & not sharp enuff.. was seriously considering this cam till I saw those pics... If the experts are taking such quality shots, I'm sure mine will be worse...

As for the link posted by istDeS, the shots are mostly winter shots & some autumn shots. Since no filter was stated being used & there's grey sky. IMHO they are pretty good. This is MAY be what happens after you post processed. ![]() I do agree with what Clockunder said about taking at ISO1600 in bright environment.

Dats not too bad... thanks longko... so this mean that the pics right of the 10KD leaves much to be desired & post processing is almost a must. Of course many wud argue that post processing is part of the DSLR experience... personally, I'd choose a cam dat's good directly off the cam & great after minimal post processing...
