    A scen much shot but i suspect, could have been better if taken during the right time of the day, especially if you can ge the warm glow of a sunset in...

    Concur with Wolfgang. Again I stress pay attention to angles and lighting.

    In paint shop pro,
    Use auto saturation enhancement. Bias=More Colorful, Strength=Strong. Not sure what the equivalent in PS is.
