Default Rainy Day Camera...

... and beers help make the day complete!

(picture taken by a friend in UK who was caught in a wet and wild day...) all is good at the end of the day. All that was needed was for a "clean shower" and pat dry with a towel and left to dry in an air conditioned room...

Blu can buy E-1 and do the same thing. Just add rain (no problem in this part of the world) and beer... depending on where you are... beer is quite expensive in Singapore.

True true..What I want is in camera OIS, Anti-dust, live view and all weather. (not in any order of preferance) but all that can take 2nd place until save enough $$$$. So another 1 ~2 years wait is not gonna be a problem for me...unless something happens to the E-330!!!

That is even better as the new pro body's prices would have dropped by then... might even be replaced by a newer model too!

That's the idea. By then the "new" pro would be at it's end...but that also means they are stable, all bugs iron out and cheaper than at launch.

In actual fact, any Mega Pixel above 6 is already good enough for many things. It's really crazy looking at the race for above 10MP. The MP in the E-330 is already more than what I need. The 2GB cards do not really hold that many pictures in RAW. What's really required would be a faster PC to process all that data. and a memory card, fast enough to keep up. The xD (M version) is just not up to speed. The H version cost a boom, The CF also nearing it's end as cameras gets more compact, that will become a hindrance.

Lets hope the next the new Pro will also have support for xD as well as SD and not limited to only 1 type.

I share the same sentiments as you when it comes to the cameras. Especially with the storage devices. Well, let's see what Oly will come out with for us faithfuls.
