Hi
Am looking for photo editing software. I'm a newbie. I heard that Photoshop CS2 is good and for pros, so it sounds really intimidating and expensive to me. Any recommendation for good software (cheap and good?)? If you still think Photoshop CS2 is good for me, pls let me know why. Thanks cheers |

I am using GIMP... not as powerful as CS... but hey, its free...
Alternatively, u might want to try out Adobe Aperture beta... also free... for now... However, it is limited in its capability to do PP. |

Hey guys, thanks.
Yes, i've heard about GIMP. But it sounds like complicated and for the technically inclined. It's open source stuff right. My colleague just told about Picasa (from Google). It is good? I'm trying to apply a Red filter over my pic. I also want to apply a Graduated Netural Density filter to another pic (like a real filter when taking the pic). Just not sure which user friendly software can help me to this nicely |
