why hmm?
if u have a look at most disposables dat are still on sale out there, they are mostly ISO400. a few rare shops still stock ISO 800. those lower ISO disposables usually come with flash... not dat it's of any help, IMO. the puny little flash has an effective range of no more than 1-2 meters. personally, i start with ISO400 colour film even for my SLR, regardless the situation. if CP has stocks for good ISO800 or even ISO1600 colour film, i'll be first in line. in broad, sunny days, it allows me to use a higher shutter speed eliminating any possible handshakes. to get slow shutter speeds, i just use my tian ya GND/ND filters. in dim, cloudy conditions, i can get away with a reasonable shutter speed at wide-open apertures, also eliminating handshakes. same principle applies for PnS/prosumers/DSLRs. grain (or noise in DSLR) is not everything for a picture. in this age of digital, people just plain forget that.
