Which camcorder?

Hi, im currently looking for a digital video camera.

I think ive narrowed it down to these two. Which is better?

Please note it is important that is has a snow setting or is good quality with snow. Also i need to make sure it films good in low light. Also i hate that wind sound in the background.. will i be able to get rid of that? My budget is £200. Are there anymore which i missed of which are worst considering? I dont know.

Correct me if I'm wrong, the MV can take still photos but the HC cant.?

both of them seem to match each other closely in terms of specs.
If you asked me, go for the Canon MV839i.

Nope, videoing/photographing.... video/photo editing.... fishing are my hobbies... Purely for leisure purpose...
