A photography exhibition by Koh Yee Ling
Sleepwalking in New York showcase a whimsical and playful series on the exploration of "self" and "isolation". The work expresses Yee Ling's constant urge to go into hiding and create her comfort space in the big city. There is a glimpse of a girl who grew up in a kampong - sensitive, insecure and shy. While the use of rich and flamboyant colours contradicts this inward personality.
