last time saw bout this kind of thread also but its aready closed down eventhough the best price and where to buy havent been clearly told.

I'm a newb in photography but im interested in buying 6500fd any one knows the recent price? or any suggestion where to buy without gimmicks? since i encounters lots of tricks by the seller when u look around aimlessly in SLS or lucky plaza

There is an eQuote tab on their website. Gotta email them and they will get back to you on the quote.

Someone likes to close down threads in Fujifilm forum to show the power of his user account just like some people like to flash their premium credit cards..

Anyway, you can try to enquire at very reliable and reputable shops like Cathay Photo, Alan Photo and MS Colour.

Here is a reputatble shops list taken from the Canon sub-forum (give them a call. However, I read somwhere in this forum that you may get a marginally better price if you bargain personally at the shop) :

haven't got it yesterday tried to use the e-quote but not successful it seems internal system error on the ms website, the other stores havent go to ask (frankly speaking not enough money yet =p)
uh oh and i think its alotttt better if you confused between 6500 and 9600 because i'm confused between those two. anyone heard about digital camera fair at the end november???
uh oh and please dont close this thread yet i still didnt get the current price yet (and i havent finish my cake....)

i think you should just go down to any of the CP or AP or MScolour shops and check out the price.. let the rest know once you've got it..

alan photo (SLS) quoted me $651(inclusive of GST). Didn't ask about freebies though. Should be at least a 1G xD card.
