Most of the photos I took came back with different tone.

Can you share with me some setting of yours?

The photos also look soft after download. Shouldn't Raw to JPEG shapen the image?

Auto on D200. 85mm F1.4

For those 4 image above, I make a mistake to under exposed too much but as it was taken in RAW, I adjusted back using NIkon NX.

Another taken with 3/4 stop under expose

There nothing wrong with your first 4 picture expect for the 5th which is the lady in red, look like it has been underexpose and readjust up.

Good skin tone, and with the 85 f1.4, good bokeh.

What are you expecting?
(Or are you looking at more rich color or ??)

You can use Direct Daylight for your WB, I'm using D200 too.

Look thru u'r pictures,

U'r skin tone is slightly dark due to the artifical lighting in the environment.

To get a more consistant pictures,

Use a flash with a bounce card.
