Do share which third party lens you have used and you would highly recommend it to all.
For me, it would be Tokina 12-24mm Tamron 28-75mm Sigma 70-300mm |

If not full frame you can go for the Tamron 17-50 f2.8. Rated sharpest in its class by photozone.

i own all the 3... all are good for their price.
tokina 12-24 - sharp from f8 onwards, so not very good for night shooting without tripod/support. tamron 28-75 - pretty sharp even wide open sigma 70-300 - usable wide open, but stopping down to f8 helps a little more. |
