How to load video online

I'm trying to load video on my own private webspace in Flash format like Youtube.

Any readily available software to do it hassle free?

think u can use Mozilla Firefox.
ever tried sometimes ago.. but never down load for quite awhile and cant remember the procedure.

i think CYRN mean upload video file online n the sw on the server will convert it into .fla like youtube.

i using a gallery sw tat u can intergrate into ur webhost...it is call coppermine gallery...

haha...no need to convert...jus upload .wmv or .mpg file can liao...it can recognize...
