Why not if there is sufficient light? You did not mention indoor or even outdoor.

I recently used my 14-54mm f/2.8-f/3.5 Zuiko in a somewhat dim interior of a bowling alley, trying to photograph kids having fun. Either it's dim lighting or the AF being just naturally slow for my lens/body (E-330) but I found it hard to auto-focus on moving kids (but not running) without flash illumination assistance. So for long-telephoto lenses, and at ranges where your AF-assist beam cannot reach, I'm not sure you'll have better AF with the lenses mentioned by Hacker but pre-focusing manually especially when DOF is larger at longer distances might help, I guess. At f/3.5, I had to use ISO1600 to get hand-holdable speeds (1/50sec or faster).

In my opinion, the 35-100mm is good enough but for a longer reach, the 150mm will do the job. But for a all-in-one, the 50-200mm is good enough. Am I correct?

If your wallet allows it. Yes. The Super High Grades are expensive. And heavy.

I forgot to mention the 90-250mm that Olympus has.

Wow! Isn't that a 180-500mm lens. Isn't that too far?

It all depends on where you are... and this is a serious piece of glass!
